Job Description Summary

Responsible for supervising the loan processing staff to ensure that the unit meets or exceeds the department standards for customer service, productivity, quality and compliance, and that Service Level Agreement (SLA) turnaround times are met. Responsible for minimizing the Bank's exposure to loss by monitoring quality, accuracy and performance for compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements as it pertains to real estate loans and lines of credit.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supervises Equity Processors to ensure bank policy, departmental procedures, and compliance regulations are satisfied for each transaction after stipulated credit approval. These duties include title, flood and appraisal functions.

  • Oversees equity processing to ensure that application files are accurately and completely processed within SLA turnaround times. This includes receipt and review of all vendor work, and satisfaction of all applicable stipulations.

  • Oversees all communications with branches regarding application file documentation and offers/provides assistance in resolving issues relating to vesting, subordination requests, satisfaction/reconveyance requests, property valuations. Monitors outgoing and incoming calls from branches to provide policy information. Provide guidance to processors and branch personnel regarding proper documentation for all loan products.

  • Administers scheduling and work distribution, ensuring adequate coverage in case of absences or staffing fluctuations. Ensures quality control standards are met and issues are handled in a timely manner while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

  • Communicates effectively and consistently with staff regarding bank-wide information, procedural and policy changes and current division performance updates.

  • Acts as liaison to various vendors used within the department.

  • Communicates with Manager regarding workflow status, any issues that arise in regard to policies and procedures and staffing/personnel changes.

  • Compiles, reviews, maintains and distributes reports to appropriate managers.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

  • Typically requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.

  • Requires 5-7 years minimum prior relevant experience.

Education

  • Associate's Degree Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

Skills

  • Complete knowledge of consumer loan and line documentation.

  • Complete knowledge of consumer loan compliance regulations.

  • Complete knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office software, including Word and Excel.

  • Ability to be a team player.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

Colorado - Virtual Work From Home

Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000

Salary offered dependent on location, experience, skills, and education.

This role is eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
