Job Description Summary

Responsible for analyzing sales data and developing plans to address opportunities. Works with sales and management teams to develop and communicate business and sales strategies and execute sales training. Serves as champion and subject matter expert of the Customer Experience Strategy, Data Now and TouchPoint CRM functionality. Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing complex Administrative, Operational and Financial projects and functions. Duties may include preparing budgets, monitoring/analyzing financial results, monitoring division operational integrity, identifying/implementing change management and process improvement initiatives, creating business and tactical plans, coordinating special events, providing project management support and communicating with field staff, business partners and senior management. Serves as primary liaison to various business partners. Participates in Special Projects.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assists Division Executive to implement sales and business development strategies and tactics.

  • Oversees all operational and customer service activities for the Division, ensuring high quality of customer service, operational effectiveness, soundness and compliance with all bank and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitors competitive activities to identify opportunities and to plans to respond to competitive threats. Acts as primary liaison to Marketing for local marketing activities. Coordinates special events related to sales, business development, prospecting and customer appreciation.

  • Manages division-level programs and projects and ensures their successful implementation.

  • May directly manage Administrative Assistants for the Division

  • Coordinates community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the Bank.

  • Assists in preparation of short and long range plans.

  • Primary source for features/stories on WebWest regarding Division activities and events.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance or Economics

Work Experience

  • 10 - 12 yrs preferably retail/consumer banking

Skills

  • Working knowledge of financial services products and services, with a focus on branch products and services

  • Excellent relationship building skills; positively influence others

  • Working knowledge of project management techniques and documentation

  • Complete knowledge of balance sheet and profit and loss and other financial statements

  • Assumes responsibility for effectively meeting objectives, performs job duties in an organized accurate and productive fashion, seeks out and is open to knowledge, ideas and feedback to improve effectiveness and holds self-accountable for following polices guidelines and procedures

  • Develops open, considerate, effective and productive working relationships with customers, external contacts and individuals throughout the bank.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

Colorado

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000

Salary offered dependent on location. May be eligible for discretionary annual incentive plan
