Job Description Summary
Under general supervision, responsible for providing moderately complex information and analysis to support projects and/or vendor pipeline management. Develops, follows and documents business requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
Essential Job Functions
Evaluates and develops various methods of analysis and/or project planning that influence strategic initiatives.
Analyzes and evaluates data gathered from multiple sources and reconciles differences and applies consistent approaches to data interpretation and performance measurement results.
Engages with business partners, third party vendors and users to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation.
Responsible for vendor order placement, timeliness and management of multiple pipelines.
May lead efforts in the development of business unit analytics, department or operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communication, and/or strategic planning activities.
Other Job Duties
May assist business unit production functions during high volume periods.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires practical knowledge of job area typicallyobtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires 3 years minimum prior relevant experience.
This role will support running our First Mortgage andHome Equity Operations Vendor Relations team.
Will require excellent organization and coordination toroutinely ensure orders are placed, followed up on and completed.
Requires continually working with internal and externalpartners to ensure proper details are handled on all orders with variousappraisal or title vendors.
Must be willing to work long lists of work to ensurecompletion in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills forreport writing, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and methodologydocumentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupledwith thoroughness and attention to detail is highly desired.
Project management tools such as MS Project.
