Job Description Summary
The Indentity Management Analyst is responsible for all facets of a service (non-human) account’s life cycle, including provisioning, maintenance, password management and deletion, for computer applications, operating and software security systems, including responding to access issues. This team member will learn, and provide guidance to others, on policy and procedure unique to service accounts as well as the privileged access management principles that guide our service account fulfillment processes. The Service Account Access Fulfillment Analyst will also be responsible for understanding and sharing information with requestors on the use of the bank’s selected password management solutions.
Essential Job Functions
Processes service (non-human) account requests providing authorized access, maintaining all approved documentation for audit review, in accordance with record retention directives.
Provides users with instruction on use of the bank’s standard password vault application
Troubleshoots issues with service account access in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
Routinely reviews and revises department desk procedures and documents procedures for new service account access management processes.
Reviews, reports, and maintains awareness of violations of account password policies within the standard password vault application, promptly escalating all discrepancies of significance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Strong understanding of operating systems, application systems and security software on different platforms.
Strong knowledge of LAN ID administration (using Active Directory), Windows and Web-based computer applications.
Strong understanding of information security, controls and the importance of information integrity.
Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management practices
Routine request support and service oriented.
Good planning and prioritization skills.
Developing and documenting department procedures.
Experience with password vault applications. CyberArk experience preferred.
Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
