Job Description Summary

Responsible for effectively and consistently meeting or exceeding bank standards for customer service, productivity and quality. Minimizes risk of loss to the bank by ensuring accuracy and compliance of all monetary disbursements to dealer and broker base. Work with incoming and outgoing mail. Communicated with supervisor regarding workflow, policy, procedure and personnel issues.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensures quality customer service and minimizes bank exposure by correctly and quickly processing and disbursing proceeds to the dealer or broker.

  • Ascertains, resolves and/or escalates problems that may affect the bank’s ability to disburse proceeds to the dealer.

  • Provides high level of quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • Separates, counts and distributes incoming mail as appropriate.

  • Ensures predefined deadlines are met for all funded packages.

  • Communicates with supervisor on a frequent and consistent basis.

  • Processes dealer participation.

  • Works extensively on keyboard entry.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures.

  • Follows basic work routines and standards.

  • Typically does not require prior experience.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

Skills

  • Customer service and/or retail experience.

  • Consumer lending experience.

  • Administrative/Technical Skills.

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic PC knowledge – Windows, Microsoft Word, excel.
