Job Description Summary
Responsible conducting quality assurance reviews and/or monitoring, ensuring company standards are maintained and integrity is preserved. Verifies the accuracy of the data in order to provide confidence in the results. Consults with management to resolve identified issues/problems.
Essential Job Functions
Conducts and monitors testing and inspection of processes or procedures to ensure quality and conformity
Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Monitors corrective and preventive actions
Documents quality assurance activities, such as internal audits
Gathers and organizes statistical quality data
Other Job Duties
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires 3 years minimum prior relevant experience.
High School Diploma or GED Required
Thorough knowledge of QA principles and/or EEPO.
Thorough knowledge of BOTW regulations as they apply to electronic payments
Thorough knowledge and ability to analyze financial documents and transactions
Thorough knowledge of industry relevant software used for analysis
Knowledge of procedure and record documentation creation
Analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to perform independently with a minimum of supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Good to presentation skills
Excellent PC skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and related software
E2E Operations – Electronic Payment Services
Reviews daily work performed by Internal Business Partners and reports any variances related to quality or key performance indicators
Maintains appropriate level of liaison with business partners
Creates, maintains, completes, and reports on new QA reviews
Proactively identifies quality assurance issues and prepares appropriate reporting to management
Analyzes QA results to highlight trends
