Job Description Summary
conducting quality assurance reviews and/or monitoring, ensuring company
standards are maintained and integrity is preserved. Verifies the accuracy of
the data in order to provide confidence in the results. Consults with
management to resolve identified issues/problems.
Essential Job Functions
Conductsand monitors testing and inspection of processes or procedures to ensurequality and conformity
Preparesreports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Monitorscorrective and preventive actions
Documentsquality assurance activities, such as internal audits
Gathersand organizes statistical quality data
Other Job Duties
- Performsother duties as assigned.
Requirespractical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced educationcombined with experience.
Requires3 years minimum prior relevant experience.
HighSchool Diploma or GED Required
Thoroughknowledge of QA principles and/or Commercial Loan Servicing (CLS).
Thoroughknowledge of BOTW regulations as they apply to electronic payments
Thoroughknowledge and ability to analyze financial documents and transactions
Thoroughknowledge of industry relevant software used for analysis
Knowledgeof procedure and record documentation creation
Analyticaland research skills
Excellentwritten and verbal communication
Abilityto perform independently with a minimum of supervision
Goodto presentation skills
ExcellentPC skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and related software
E2E Operations – Electronic PaymentServices
Reviewsdaily work performed by Internal Business Partners and reports any variancesrelated to quality or key performance indicators
Maintainsappropriate level of liaison with business partners
Creates,maintains, completes, and reports on new QA reviews
Proactivelyidentifies quality assurance issues and prepares appropriate reporting tomanagement
AnalyzesQA results to highlight trends
