Job Description Summary
With moderate supervision, participates in the design, engineering, development, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of SCCM, software deployments, software packages, operating system deployment and security patches. Maintains technical quality in operating environments through monitoring and implementation of solutions.
Essential Job Functions
Experience/Knowledge of SCCM application packaging and software update deployments
Diagnose complex system problems using dumps, log files, or other diagnostics aids
Interfaces with vendors and servicing agents to obtain equipment and services.
Intermediate knowledge of regulatory environment and compliance related issues.
Remains current on new technology and maintains appropriate certifications.
Prepares reports and follow-up and evaluates results.
Follows documented techniques and performs testing and certifications.
Installs system hardware and software, ensures proper performance and stabilizes systems.
Maintains technical quality in operating environments through the monitoring and development of solutions.
Other Job Duties
Diagnoses and provides solutions to problems clients are experiencing. Mid-tier resource for problem support.
Coordinates the tasks associated with repairs or installations.
Reviews and contributes to system performance results, the development of system standards, strategies, and workflows.
Ensures the compliance with documented strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
On call supported as needed.
Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
Experiencein designing/implementing technology solutions
Hands-onexperience concentrated in system and workstation patching and delivery ofpatches.
Experiencedeveloping and monitoring an information security function in an enterprisesetting.
Experiencewith corporate security emergency situations and contingency
Knowledgeand experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing as wellas web based applications, business applications, external/internal networksand security.
Advancedknowledge of scripting and creating software packages
Experiencein Windows Operating Systems, SCCM 2012, Patch Management.
1 – 2years of Banking/finance Industry
Goodknowledge of business systems architecture
Strongknowledge of programming, documentation and interface requirements
Goodknowledge of systems hardware, software, and system administration
Goodknowledge of applications development methodologies
Solidunderstanding of enterprise security, systems patching and vulnerabilities.
Abilityto work under minimal supervision and set priorities.
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
Abilityto develop moderate to complex reports and presentations.
May have practical knowledge of projectmanagement.
Bachelor’s Degree in BS in IT, Computer Science or related
field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education
