WHAT YOU’LL DO: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Officer
Work in collaboration with the team to transform the DE&I program within the Bank. This could include identifying gaps and recommending process improvements, executing on work tasks in order to advance DEI initiatives, and passionately contributing to the overall growth of the program.
Exercise sound business judgement in the initiation, planning and execution of the DE&I program.
Take action to deliver on program goals and objectives.
Use attention to detail and analytical skills to gather business activities, determine business outcomes, and compile data in order to benchmark program effectiveness against industry standards.
Contribute to the execution of related programs and projects impacting DE&I program success. Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, including internal and external delivery commitments.
Research best practices of successful DE&I programs and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure DE&I program relevancy. Make recommendations when necessary and collaborate with team to implement best practices.
Manage risks and dependencies on DE&I program goals and objectives.
Proactively identify and resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes.
Performs other duties as assigned
Travel : Less than 10%
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.

- P3 - 5 yrs
