JobDescription Summary

This entry-level position will be involved in various business intelligence projects, such as the preparation of key performance

metrics, sales pipeline, sales forecasts, client profitability, and product

cross-sell analysis. This position will assist in preparing economic/financial

research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and

tactics. Research including market studies, industry studies, benchmarking as

well as modeling scenarios.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsiblefor assisting in the preparation and analysis of strategic analysis.Coordinates with divisional resources in securing data for reports (e.g.profitability reports, trend analysis, vintage analysis, sensitivityanalysis, pipeline reporting, RM scorecards, key performance indicators-relationship volume, cross-sells, and product penetration rates).Performance tracking is at the division, cost center, and producer(relationship manager) level.

  • Assists in the development oftools used to monitor group's strategic initiatives progress. Helps increating new report templates and data management solutions.

  • Provides support assistance tofield staff on systems and reports. Uses feedback from internalstakeholders, makes recommendations to management on process and/orreporting improvements.

OtherJob Duties

  • Assistsin the development of presentations to division management and linepersonnel. Also serves as point of contact for questions related toreports.

  • Projectplanning for simple and moderate analysis requests.

  • Performsother duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience

  • Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • 3 years of prior relevant experience preferred.

Skills

  • Some level of SQL knowledge required.

  • Experience with Python, or ability to learn quickly, strongly preferred.

  • Experience with C#, C , Java or similar language a plus.
