The Equipment Finance Division (EFD) team is looking for a seasoned Equipment Leasing Product Manager primarily accountable for Vendor product-Equip/Rapport. Under his/her lead product manager is responsible for intake of Equip requests from EFD, including developing, articulating, communicating with business partners, compliance, clients, information technology and other EFD partners focused on optimizing and expanding Equip capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong vendor product and business aptitude, and the product vision to deliver leasing and loan applications that simplify experiences for customers.

This position requires a collaborative candidate who can translate business needs into an exceptional customer‐focused solution. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined professional who excels in a collaborative team environment. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering best experience for our customers.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensures a positive client experience with bank technology tools. Understands the technical side of vendor product, while considering its applications in the leasing/loan world. Is involved in product testing and collecting feedback from users.

  • Prioritizing vendor product features and capabilities.

  • Work with business partners and IT to ensure enhanced product roll out is working as expected and manage KPIs on product customer issues.

  • Ensures all new and existing vendor products and communication related to those products comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

  • Reviews feedback and suggestions relative to assigned product or products.

  • Developing roadmap and prioritizing development roadmap and backlog.

  • Clearly communicate the vision, plans, objectives and performance measures and progress against plans to all stakeholders – tailoring communication as appropriate to ensure relevance to the EFD teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • 5 years of experience in Product Management

  • Ability to create a product strategy and multi-generational plans

  • Experience with agile and waterfall product development methodologies

  • Experience in managing and leading matrix teams

  • Experience and expertise in instilling product management disciplines in a changing or evolving environment

  • Proven ability to influence decision making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts

  • Proven ability to successfully build and manage relationships between various field and corporate contacts to fully meet business process and change management needs. This includes defining policies, methods & procedures and best practices

  • Excellent project management skills to track Business as Usual and project timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with IDS Leasing

  • RapportExpertise in Equipment leasing and loan specific to Equip/Rapport

  • Experience in Knowledge Base application
