Job Description Summary
The Senior Lead Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for planning, developing, and managing sales incentive reporting presented to Senior Management. Responsible for collaborating with HR Compensation Partners, Finance, business unit incentive plan owners, and incentive plan administrators to identify data analytics opportunities, reporting designs, and lead in executing key messages and objectives of the reports. Lead the development of incentive plan effectiveness review materials and partner with key stakeholder groups to improve data quality and enhance sales incentive reporting capabilities.
Essential Job Functions
Creates and develops various Senior Management sales incentive reports. Identifies and develops processes and procedures to ensure all reports and supporting documents are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Identifies data analytics opportunities, designs, and leads in executing reports in a way to successfully meet the established deadlines.
Collaborates directly with subject matter experts to produce, contribute, review, or approve sales incentive reporting results.
Constructs data metrics, statistics, and analyses. Ensures quality reports such as trend analysis is provided through data analyses techniques and presentation materials are generated into established templates and style guides.
Conduct extensive analysis on sales incentive compensation programs and support continued evolution of such programs to align the interests of business unit senior leadership with those of IRB and BNPPs.
10 yrs of relevant work experience
Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have deep knowledge of project management.
Requires 10 years minimum prior relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of project management and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships.
Strong understanding of financial industry, risk management, and/or sales practices.
Ability to adjust to rapidly changing security environment and prioritize deliverables.
Strong planning, organizational, project management, analytical, research, negotiation, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
Ability to condense information and transform technical data into easily understandable concepts.
Excellent management and control of work flows to produce deliverables within required timeframes and quality standards.
