The ideal candidate should be

an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively build relationships

with all levels of the organization. You must have experience in training

delivery, design, and the ability to assess learning needs and develop

solutions. You will focus on the delivery of the Bank's core curriculum

including management and leadership programs, and work with business partners

across the organization to plan, and implement learning solutions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Participates in needs analysis, solution planning, content development or curation.

  • Creates innovative learning solutions for core skills curriculum.

  • Evaluatingprogram effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements.

  • Designingand developing impactful learning experiences (e.g. virtual, in-person,elearning)

  • Developsproject plans and/or oversees the inclusion of the training task linesinto an existing project plan working closely with other Learning andDevelopment Consultants and/or Project Manager.

  • Effectivelycommunicates timelines and learning and development requirements tobusiness partners and management team. Works closely with businesspartners to ensure the status of deliverable time frames, and identifiesand communicates development obstacles.

  • Deliversa variety of learning courses and programs with ability to ensure thelearning objective is achieved. Possesses excellent presentation skills;able to present articulately and confidently under all circumstances.

  • Coordinatescontent development teams, subject matter experts and programfacilitators.

  • Establishand maintains collaborative, solution-oriented relationships with crossfunctional leaders and partners.

  • Maintainsa variety physical and electronic files and/or records (e.g. trainingprocedure manuals, guides, course materials, handouts/visuals, trainingrecords required reports, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-datereference and complying with regulatory requirements and establishedguidelines.

OtherJob Duties

Identifies

changes in procedures, policies and systems that impact existing training

materials or resource information and updates materials accordingly.

Supports

and administer Learning & Development programs.

Participates

in bank-wide projects to represent the interests and perspective of

training programs.

Maintains

contacts in organizational development and training associations to keep

abreast of new training and development techniques and technologies.

Creates

and promotes a positive environment in line with BOTW values, employee

related policies and practices and local environment considerations.

Travels

up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

Required Experience

Requires

5 years of experience in a Learning & Development or training focused

role where you designed and delivered training programs.

Proven

experience in facilitating soft skills curriculum topics to a diverse

group of team members.

Strong

skills and understanding of curriculum and learning program development.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Instructional Design related field or equivalent experience is required.
