Job Description Summary

Responsible

for planning and prioritizing the work for the Enterprise Data Hub under the

direction of the Capability Owner. Focus

will be on ingesting new sources into the Platform that align with appropriate

data management standards around quality, metadata and controls. Work with system owners (IT and Business) and

the Data Hub Platform team to ensure we build out the source layer of the Hub.

Essential Job Functions

-

Creates and maintains roadmap of new sources to ingest into the Data Hub and

tracks the tasks are completed that are aligned with the Data Management

Standards

-

Identifies root data issues with sources and works with Data Owners (Business

and IT) to improve and remediate the source data

  • Leads

the schedule and prioritization of the ingestion roadmap

Collaborates with DALC, Data Communities and other groups to education business

and IT communities of the data available in the Data Hub and the related

roadmap

-

Engages with Data Communities to gain consensus on shared data

  • Partners with IT and PM to track use case

development and align with Data Ingestion roadmap

  • Lead

and manage projects and/or small teams to support new initiatives or other

automation efforts.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience

-

Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through

advanced education combined with experience.

  • Data Management experience in Data

warehousing, metadata, data quality and data governance

  • May

have deep knowledge of project management.

-

Requires 10 years minimum prior relevant experience.

Education

-

Bachelor's Degree

Skills

-

Excellent time management to produce deliverables within required timeframes

and quality standards.

-

Excellent knowledge of project management and Microsoft Office tools.

-

SQL/Python/R – one of these tools

  • Strong

verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good

inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working

relationships.

  • Strong

understanding of financial industry and/or Retail Banking

-

Ability to adjust to rapidly changing security environment and prioritize

deliverables.

-

Ability to condense information and transform technical data into easily

understandable concepts.

  • Strong

leadership skills.
